These classic Indian recipes are so easy to make, you’ll be able to whip them up again any night of the week! Participants will make an Indian dal and the quintessential Indian tomato and cucumber salad, Cachoombar. The Co-op will also guide you through the creation of paranthas, a stuffed flatbread.
