THREE-PEAT! Sunny 101.9 cleans up at the 2025 Michigan Broadcast Excellence Awards!

Last night in Detroit, Broadcasters from across Michigan gathered for the 2025 Michigan Broadcast Excellence Awards. Sunny and the Crew were quite busy, sweeping up 13 awards and 3 finalist nominations at the Detroit Event – including two Merit awards to our very own Tyler Young, and one to Eric Tasson! Mark and Walt in The Morning took home their third successive award for “Best Morning Show Broadcast Personality or Team” among a few individual awards for Walt. Along with an impressive trophy haul Sunny 101.9 was named Commercial Radio Market 4’s Station of the Year!
