UP Children’s Museum Reopens July 1, 2020
Hello Everyone! We have missed the sound of laughter at the museum and we are so excited the time has come for us to open our doors to the public. However, opening is going to be a little different than how we operated pre-pandemic. We have put a lot of thought and work into making sure the museum is extra clean and safe for families to start visiting us again. Starting on July 1, we will be selling tickets on our website. A huge thank you to Invent NMU for making it possible. We are only selling 25 tickets per two-hour block to allow for social distancing. You must purchase tickets online to enter the museum. Tickets will be $6.00 per person and will be good for the two-hour time block you purchased them for. If you are a member at the museum your tickets are FREE, but you MUST bring proof of membership with you when you enter.
We require that all of our guests who are over the age of two wear a mask to help protect other guests and our hardworking staff (exceptions will be made for children who have medical issues). We have stepped up our cleaning routine and our Coronavirus Preparedness Plan is in place. You can read about both here.
Please be patient with us as we get to know our new online technology and please abide by our new rules for entry. We will not be selling food or beverages at this time and our drinking fountains are turned off. Our gift shop will also remain closed.
* All ticket sales will be online. *We are unable to sell tickets at the door at this time. Click here to buy your online tickets!
