2025 Annual U.P. Builders Show Kicks Off Today!

We are proud to once again be sponsoring this annual showcase of regional builders, brought by the Home Builders Association of the Upper Peninsula, hosted at NMU’s Superior Dome this weekend – March 7th to 9th. That’s Friday from 4PM to 8PM, Saturday from 10AM to 6PM, and finally Sunday 10AM to 2PM.

There is no shortage of vendors at this years installment, with everything you need for your home, business, or project under one roof – with booths and displays from these and MANY more; Carey Inc, Midway Rentals & Sales, Window Outfitters, FOX Marquette, Hiawatha Log Homes, and Jam Service.

There will be lots of Door Prizes and Raffles up for grabs through the weekend; our partners at Midway Rentals are offering a scaffolding set, or stop by our Media Brew booth (located by our partners Premium Sheds, booths 38-42) to enter to win a premium sauna.

Pay for Raffle tickets at the HBA booth (booth 140) for the chance to win a free playhouse (Donated by The Window Store) among many other fabulous prizes from other participating vendors. Proceeds go to the Northern Lights Child Advocacy Center and the HBA of the UP.

• Demos/Interactive Displays: Eco Smart Home Pros –  Booths 155-156 : Home Entertainment Room on display featuring Dolby Atmos Sound, an OLED TV, Sonos Soundbar and Subwoofer, and Kaleidescape, a movie theater concert (Hans Zimmer in Prague and Roger Waters – The Wall)
• Why Lighting Design is Important: 20 Min. Eco Smart Home Pros Booths 155-156 – Friday at 5 pm, Saturday at 11 am and 3 pm, Sunday at 11 am. 
• Outdoor Entertainment: The New Family Room. 15 Min. Eco Smart Home Pros Booths 155-156. Friday at 6 pm, Saturday at 1 pm and 5pm, Sunday at 1 pm. 

With tons to do and see, feel free to take a load off in the Beer Garden! There will even be activities for the kids in the Children’s Area including coloring, Lincoln Logs, LEGO’s and more thanks to the sponsorship of Articatz Volleyball Club.
